Our site is currently under construction but will be used to introduce
our business and explain our services. We offer workshops, training, and consulting on a wide range of environmental
issues. Presentations are tailored to the group and its needs.
Who we Are
We are environmental education specialists and facilitators for PLT, Project WILD, Project WILD online, and Project WILD
Aquatic. Other related interests include Red Flag Patrol (CalFire), SW Skywarn, CA State Board for Project WILD,
CERT Training (in progress), the Womens Environmental Council, and the San Diego Fire Ecology Group.
Each of us brings a unique perspective based on our backgrounds. Maureen has a CA CLAD Credential and a Masters of Science
with OTL emphasis. Meera has two masters, one in Urban Planning, the other an MBA.

Our current presentations
Current thematic units include Places We Live, Burning Issues, and Recycling.
Burning Issues is an interactive workshop incorporating Burning Issues CD and addresses Living w/Wildfire and Fire
Management. Important concepts include shelter in place, defensible space, risk reduction, and wildlife-urban interface.
Places we Live is an interactive place and project-based workshop. Participants take an active part in shaping their
community through awareness of their specific environmental, social, and economic issues now and in the future.
Recycling is our third interactive workshop. In addition to recycling issues, the focus is on risk management.
A fourth workshop on Sustaining Wildlife is being readied for future offerings. This project combines science and civics
in a fun, interactive way.
